This weather is ridiculous. I'm always up for a wee heatwave, but this humidity is just stupid. I am sitting in my living room, sweating.

Move to America, where we all have air conditioning.

Even the poverty-stricken.

I feel ya Skweeks.

It's been hot as hell here this summer and it's still early. It's 95 here today (35 C) which is nothing, but that's b/c we got a "cold front".

For the last two weeks it's been over 100 every day. Last Tuesday I was watching the Weather Channel and Austin was the hottest place in the country at 107 (41.66 C). Not Las Vegas, not Phoenix, but Austin. :dabs:

I should think you'd bring a Hun for that, though I'm a terrific sitter by any measure.

I would take the heat back for a few days, it's like flash down pours all over the damn county right now. Raining in the back yard and sunny in the front, then it swaps, wtf is that?

also very hot here at home, and we have no air conditioned. when my mum goes out to shopping i usually walk naked around the home, if i took shower. if i didn't i use boxers to not leave marks on my sofas. must shave my balls, its summer time!!

She'll cool down now... she's gone camping in South Shields..

Who the fuck wants to visit South Shields when they don't need to?

The Sand Dancers spend all their time trying to get out of there..

It was definitely an experience, and what more can one ask of life?

The tent held up perfectly btw, but the noise was deafening. Ben didn't even wake up though. LOL

Glad you didn't drown in that lake that fell on you after I left. ;)

I too like laughing out loud when children do not wake up due to deafening noise.
