A Site You Trust..

I know that allmusic is a great site for looking up tracklistings and most anything, but anyone know of sites that really give good reviews, not just some review that was churned out so it could be posted. Thanks.

I don't use websites for music reviews. I use my ears. :) Seriously, an excellent magazine is Blender, made by the makers of Maxim and Stuff. Contains hundreds of full reviews every month, might be worth checking out. Rolling Stone magazine is also good. I know of no good sites online that have good music reviews. There must be some out there, but I never really looked. :huh:

for new punk rock releases i check out interpunk.com
they let users review the best songs off albums by polls and have decently written reviews

but otherwise, like jibbler says give it a listen for yourself before you take someone else's word on whats good

yes, i know everyone has tastes. but most people can discern a piece of shit from a good album.. and if they are fair, they will say what the albums sounds like. they might not like it..
