ovh dedicated servers

hi i was thinking of getting a ovh dedicated server for a seedbox i thinking of getting this one

does any know if this one would be any good for a seedbox also am trying to find out if you live in the us can you still use them

That's a good seedbox.

You can use it in the US but you can't buy it yourself directly from OVH.

from a friend wich lives where ovh it's selling (i think they only check you by asking a phone number) or a ressller which has some fees
