pen drive not detecting

i have one problem, in my office we are using windows xp pro and windows server 2003, in my user account when i insert the pen drive, the pen drive detects in system tray but drive is not displayed in my computers, but if i login in administrator rights it detects and displayed in my computer, pen drive is not restricted for users in server 2003, windows xp is client a system.
