Download a program called winrar (google it I cant remeber the link)
Open the file flt-halo.001 using winrar. Chose a location to extract it to and you should be left with a bin and a cue file. If you dont know what a bin and cue is go here (http://www.klboard.ath.cx/index.php?showtopic=12710&st=0)
