Hungary's HD -traker is moving! It's gone unreachable from the *ath.cx address (for some days). The new address will be *.com. It'll be online soon.

HDPre is on again, with freeleech until Sunday.
From the front page:
"The long off-period was due to domain - cahnge and ongoing developments. We apologize for the inconveniences!
Old URL is about to end in a couple of weeks, use the new one, please!
Please reseed Your files, thus helping the tracker to get back in normal business!"

Was there a reason that they changed to .com or was Public Liability Insurance (http://www.publicliabilityinsurance.org.uk/) just for then general convenience of having a .com compared to a .cx address??

I guess the latter. Beaides, safety is always a paramount issue - even in Hungray. Ath.cx domains are - least to say - no safe...at all.
