How much money do the big server rental companies make with illegal filesharing customers (seedboxes) compared to regular ones who use it for other (legal) activities?

Can stricter anti-piracy laws bring down server companies?

I think the bandwidth costs destroy the profitability for many providers. Offering unlimited or very high bandwidth limits is fine except when the servers become popular as seedboxes.

The server companies are already obligated to handle issues when they are on notice that infringement is occurring on their servers. The problem is underenforcement.

I think the same. If someone pays for "webpages" and stuff, there is more profit than with someone rushing the line all the time.

No, I do not think you can bring down a single company. However, RapidShare and Usenet providers - it might be true for them.

Same opinion here, I don't think people who uses a lot of bandwidth are very profitable for these companies. But they try to limit the consumption.
