disabled priveleges?!? shouldn't mine be expired?

so im looking at my profile and it says this

what format is that date in? shouldn't my privelges be re-enabled again? or is that date 2017?!?!? that seems a bit harsh if its 2017.....

Any way you look at it, it should be pretty obvious that the year is 2017, since you joined in 2007 and the other two numbers in the expiration date are 04 and 06.
