Looking for some website templates

Good evening everyone. I am in desperate need of a couple of Template Monster Templates, and was wondering if anyone may be able to help me find them. I would be very grateful if someone could help me find 23873 & 23574. I have searched pretty much every known avenue that I am aware of, but I can't find them.
