3. 2 ratio proofs with today date on it. from level 4 tracker.
4. Must have at least 5 rep points.
For peerportal:
1. 2 speedtests with today date on it.
2. 1 ratio proofs with today date on it. at least from level 3 tracker.
3. Must have 80 posts.
