need help reformatting (Vista 32)

Processor: Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2080 @1.73GHz
RAM: 1.00GB
System type: 32-bit operating system

So I want to reformat my computer since my computer's been running slow... I need help downloading the right Vista 32-bit OS since there are too many torrents out there and I'm just so confused which to download. Link me.

I want:
- Vista Aero in it
- an official release (no custom themes, sounds, whatevers)
- safe to update
