I don't care about quality at all.
I don't get to get out to see movies, the last Movie I watched in the theaters was Return of the Jedi (the orginal version), so as long as its watchable I I like em all
Only one I didnt care for the quality was a TMD of X2 xmen united(too dark)

I'm not picky.

What can I say, beggars can't be choosy.

@metro-its hard to go that low(119kbps) and keep it from getting blocky imo

No,not of other ppl or what i download. But my own yes.And that botch job u've made above would be bined..j/k'in...i prefer widescreen too.

Yeah that 119 got to be wrong....and the resolution's to high if its only 700mb rip,its not enough data.If u have a slighty lower res the birate will be higher, and your have a lot smoother picture and movie. And the only other little pick at above is u using divx instead of xvid.I said i dont moan at other ppl.

@metro- wasn't flaming at you, only stating a fact. In musicworld there was a big rift about 128kbps mp3s being crap quality-and that's sound ONLY. Video takes more bitrate to keep the quality. Try opening it in g-spot and see if it says 119 for the video bitrate and 192 for the audio bitrate. If its legit, then I'm impressed because that would easily fit on a cd-r hell, probably would be like 400MB.

What I hate is people who donīt include the credits in their rips.

The credits is part of the experience :P

if you actually sit there and watch the creidts you need mental help.

I have downloaded a few cam releases (because the file size is alot smaller) but generally I go for the 500 - 700 meg copies. I don't go for big files either (1 gig +).

Itīs not about watching the credits which I donīt. I just hate it when they cut the film right after the last scene. Itīs just so "brutal" if you know what I mean. You watch a movie like "Monsterīs ball" and then all of a sudden the movie stops playing (after which I obviously figured out was the ending scene, thats not my point). It leaves you with a feeling for more, sort of like youīre not done with the film. Iīm sure there are more people feeling like I do.

Anyway, even though itīs piracy why not give the people who made the film credit? :P

Nah m8 u r wrong there..yeh maybe sitting through all the credits is a little iffy..u still want a little at the end of the movie (think about the comedy flicks with outakes and stuff like that), it gives u a little time to let all the movie sink in..example- the APM release of 'Matrix reloaded' many months ago..as soon as the 'to be continued' message came up, that was it..Bam..end of ya viewing..it sounds like a pretty sad point..but i know there a countless many who agree..Yawn..i even bored my f***in' self then...Right onto what i posted for...back in the day when i first started d/l movies any quality would do (I was watching TMD presentations by the bucketload..and they f***in' stink)..now i normally opt for just Screeners and DVD rips, i got a Broadband connection but i still cant be arsed with cams and stuff... ;)

Yeah, I am kinda picky about my movies. I like widescreen, but I like it when they cut the black out, because black is added in VideoLAN anyways, so it saves the quality for the GOOD stuff, and not for crappy black, which is, well, always going to be black. Make sense? I hate seeing that blockiness in the black areas. To me it shows the crappiness of the encoder, since all of it shoudl be a straight black. I'm sure it has to do with the mathematics of it and proximity to other pixels, but still, it looks REALLY bad! I mean, you don't see that in XVID, do you? I don't remember XVID doing crap like that. So yeah, it has to be XviD most times, and it has to have the black cut out of the bottom and top. It provides for a GREAT movie experience if it's done properly.
