creating torrents on utorrent webui

how do you create a torrent on utorrent web ui?

im a mac user and the programs i've googled all are only available for windows.

i run a shared seedbox so its not a dedicated server so i dont have NX or anything. i do have vnc access though...will that help?

any advice will be appreciated!!

You can't make a torrent via the uTorrent webUI.

Just use a torrent program on your mac, such as Transmission or even uTorrent, create the torrent locally, and upload it to your server.

That's what I do. Yes it requires you to have already downloaded your files, but I'd assume you do that anyway.

but the files i dled would be in my seedbox not on my computer..so how can i make a torrent using transmission on my mac?

He told you to download first the files to your computer.
Or you can try installing mktorrent if it's not already on the server.

if you want to use VNC(using apps like RealVNC), you can login through VNC, go to the utorrent client and create the torrent there, then maybe ftp the torrent file back to your computer and upload it to your website!
