This artist sang about a New York disc jokey called Rex Bob Lowensteen or a name similar to that. Can anybody remember this song, it was played a lot, possibly in the 60's or 70's. ;)

I think it was Mark Germino originally, although it's been covered since... good luck searching for it :)
