hdbits.org open invites yesterday ?

A friend (class: 1080i since 1 year 1/2 on hdbits.org ) has invited some personns (3 invites), is it true that hdbits.org opened invites yesterday?

He isn't vip or staff menber.

hum what class are you? maybe staff of hdbits choice randomly some users 1080i for invite no? it's possible?

I'm UHD but I doubt it matters. I think it's highly unlikely they'll hand out invites to random people xD Maybe it's just that your information is wrong or he was a special case, have no idea here...

Well you start of as 720p and 1080i is the next step. Most of the site is 1080i iirc so it's sort of like Power User ;)

seems that only hdbits staff members can invite ppl,inc mod, but inviters will be totally responsible for their invitees.
