Installing Simcity4

Can somebody please help me. I have just completed downloading simcity4 from Kazaa, and I cannot get it to install. I have downloaded both the cue and bin files for both cd's, but I can't install them. Any tips??

This belongs in gameworld, but you need to open it with winrar or burn it to a cd.

mount it
install it
put in the crack
play
