need to know about seedbox.fr whether they are scam

I was looking for plans like seedbox.fr which start from 3 euro/month
since I dont need to downloading lot of file I just need to maintain 1 ratio in a tracker I am looking for cheap seedbox which is not a scam
or plan to setup one seedbox myself
