Search for an Invite on TT, the best trance tracker. I'm a big fan of trance music and I can say that trance is a big part of my life. Search the invite more than 1 year! I know that is hard to obtain an invite there, but hope that someone will be able to help me. Will be much thanked that person who will invite there.

Senegal let me give you an advice how you can obtain TT more easy : First of all you have to show that you are a listener of this genres : Trance , House , Electronic , Techno etc by showing some ss whit your music collection. And Utorrent stats : well nobody cares about your speed at one movie or game torrent .... If you haved at least 100 music torrents there it was more better for you. I say all this because every Vip/Upper want to be sure that person who will invite will deserve the acc. At least this is how i do.....

I wouldn't give you my invite based on the fact that you aren't even trying to show me enough proof on how much you love this type of music or that you are even an active member and have something to offer back to the community too. When I opened this thread, I knew there are very few chances to get an invitation for the simple reason that I'm not enough known on this forum. I know that to get an invitation to TT requires patience, time and gain respect and trust more than show you how much I like this music! But the truth is: I like this music!

So think twice before making a req. Damn, my cover has been blown. OK, I'll admit it. n00bz0r has invited me to all kinds of trackers including TT. I'm a member there eventhough I absolutely hate trance. NOT (exept the trance hating part of course)

It's just that the guy is one of my best e friends and I know how much he's into trance. And yes I do know he's a member at TT. I didn't know such a thing about the rest of people posting in the thread, so from my POV he was the OP's best chance to get into his ''dream tracker''.

Unlike some people I don't come here to bash people. I don't make GAs, that's true, but I like to think that my advice helps some people and in the meantime I don't try to kid myself thinking that I'm better than everyone that I give advice to.

Agree. I believe that he'd be an honest and good user at any tracker, but since this is a req, let's talk NEEDS. It's about if he really needs this tracker imo, it's not that he's uncapable of writing a good request. But thing is, he doesn't really need it, so he can't write a good request, get me? He may listen to those genres that TT got lots of music in, but I don't think he's enough into this kind of music to want this tracker.

So, senegal, if I were you I'd close this request and create a new one/open it in a couple of months. If you're enough into this kind of music to need this tracker then, I'm sure you'll get an invite. If I recall it right the only perfect,good and excellent request for a tracker here was one for elektronik, unfortunely I can't recall who wrote it, but I'm sure it got filled. Trance Route actually looks like a better site because they have a whole lossless section. I mean i guess it doesn't matter because most low end trance/house/techno etc. artists don't use lossless samples but rather mp3's....

Also I looked at the site review and there was no dedicated lossless section on TT!!!!

True to a very large extent.I can see at a time not more than 80 users out of 8000 members active online.
And never do even popular EP's get snatched more than a 150 times,when there are more than 7000+ members...

Maybe not on a an ipod headset lol, but on a good 2 channel setup I can. The louder the music is the more you can hear the difference.
Especially on poor conversions as you start to get distortion or other bad interference.

I use my ipod playing flac through a line out through a protected gold plated cable 3.5mm to R Y I made myself to my sunfire ultimate receiver receiver going to two vintage Thiel cs2's, Also using some custom cables I ordered from some guy off hydrogenaudio.

Considering that so many electro releases nowadays are WEB only, or at least WEB only for a long time before a CD or the rare FLAC over WEB release, 320k is what you have to deal with so often. That is, if you want the newest stuff as fast as possible. Which is exactly what TT provides. Plus more. Yes TT has the occasional FLAC offering, in fact I'd venture to say that it has had as many as TR however they dont last as long. Add that along with the fact that because TT has been a "high level" tracker for so long that there are many collectors there. So yes, seeder decay is a problem with a site that has less than 8k users and at least 1k of them collectors.

Personally, my favorite parts of the site are the live DJ streams and their livesets.

BTW: I have to agree w/ Tv controls you on the small diff to be found between 320k and FLAC. I have taken many double blind tests on 320k and FLAC and have found that on certain types of music the difference is perceptible. I must emphasize that it only works on certain types of music, electro often being one. Rock, especially the older stuff on 24bit/88.2khz and on a quality system is detectable, though almost negligible. But if your that into FLAC What.CD is probably a one stop shop.

There was a guy in my residence at university that literally sank every penny to his name ( 10's of thousands of dollars) into the best audio equipment known to Man .
What's more if something came out that was apparently infinitesimally better than what he currently had he would instantly run down to the store and order it for he could tell the difference.

The Wolfson DAC is only in the 60 and 80GB iPod videos (5.5 Gen I believe?). The models newer and older use a cheaper brand of DAC. That's one of the reasons that the company that does the iMod will only do so on an iPod video.

I hate bose and every product they make. Also noise canceling headphones are terrible as my good friend owns a pair. Every product they make is so low end and overpriced.

Im sure there is other companies that make them now, but when I first listened to them it was only bose.

The only benefit is that the ipod is ultra portable and can be taken anywhere with me, while at the same time sounding damn good.

Also I've never really tried going from my desktop to my 2 channel setup, I've heard bad things about it though.
People say you pick up interference, unless you use an external audio card. Idn just sounds like a pain, when I enjoy my current rig.
