thanks went to support and got "unable to resolve server"
the other one wants registered nick which I can't do since I can't get to my account.

the server didnt resolve because they were switching some stuff up. it will work now :) there has to be a way to get in there to help because I see it happen all the time.

You can register your nick on irc, no need to visit the site.
