There was an OST thread opened in the bittorrent section, and a couple gems were posted.

Now I'm wanting to know if there are any good videogame OST(soundtracks) warez forums/sites or blogs. I would really rather get these through direct download than bittorrent.

Thanks.

Edit: Also looking for gaming magazine sites. DD or bittorrent.

For direct downloads you can just use google and search name of OST + name of filehost
it's how I get all my music

Yea I think google would probably suffice. Or maybe some public trackers.

Did a quick google search, this may be helpful: http://gh.ffshrine.org/

Yeah, Galbadia Hotel isn't bad. Still A LOT they do not have. But pretty descent.

And thanks for the tip on searching with Google. I've never done that to get my albums. Thanks guys.

If anyone knows of any others though, then please post.

Edit: Actually using Google to search for OST's (http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls=en&q=Final+Fantasy+IX+OST+%2B+Rapidshare&sourceid=opera&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8) works pretty well. Thanks.

I knew about a great forum where people could both offer and request OSTs (I could search and see if I find that forum again). A few members had ftp servers where everyone could both upload to and download from. The archive was pretty huge too.

edit: this is not the site I was talking about, but looks pretty good to me: http://www.snesorama.us/board/forumdisplay.php?f=88&order=desc

I checked a few threads and it looks like the stuff is uploaded on sites like rapidshare, mediafire, filefront etc.

Ok guys, I got another question. What's a good DD site that gets all the newest gaming magazines(especially Nintendo Power and Official Xbox Magazine).

Thanks.

EDIT: Came across a site called Retromags(which I think has been mentioned here once or twice) while searching for Nintendo Power at TPB. And the site definitely is great. They have tons of magazines. But unfortunately they do not have any of 2009's Nintendo Power. So are there any sites that get the latest?

Always very helpful as always Snoop. That old blog shows quite a list of game ost's. So I'm guessing your collection has grown even more?

I might you pm you for an invite. ;) Thank you.

It seems people have forgotten about http://www.emuparadise.org/ for game soundtracks. It's DD (many times through sites like MegaUpload), and at most, some of the soundtracks require registration (which is quick and free). I've always found it to be a fairly impressive collection.

Also worth noting (though it may not quite appeal to you) is their decent-sized collection of scanned gaming magazines. Many are fairly old though, so more of retro interest than current (magazines are getting rather old-school these days, sadly).

Yeah, I've been visiting emuparadise for years. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Right now I'm looking for a site(any type of site) that gets scans of new issues of game magazines(OXM, Nintendo Power, etc).
