If you want to "sell" something, you have to tell what you are "selling".
What was your idea or motivation for creating a tracker... What do you want that tracker becomes in... What can you give me as an user... what can I get there that I canīt find elsewhere... What do you expect from the users... how good is the security...

And the most important thing: be nice, always nice, kind and helpful. And look like if you know what you are doing, and if you donīt, then pretend to.

Being a German tracker, Iīd say that PolarBear is a qualified voice, if he answers here, listen what he tells you. :)

i think thatīs hard to say.
we have an nice staff and it is not that hard to get a good ratio :)
we also offer dyn only upload.
but ts and th have a lot of user and files of course!
myt sucks :P

the huge german trackers are all closed and it is hard to hold your ratio on an good level.
we try to give all users a chance, with some new features :)
