Cant Talk In Halo

First i re-installed it then i put all the updates and crap on. I dont run it in safe mode turn particles off and texstures(spelled worng) to low. And bang i can speak in severs.

obvious you Can play on-line then?
Which program i,e, gamespy, all seeing eye etc. are you using or is it built in the game? (have'nt finished d/l yet!)

I use the public patch and can talk to most people when i host or join games via direct IP.
