Are there any new trackers that recently popped up in the scene these past few months??

I'm not the best person to tell you, but:

packme.in = a pack only tracker. The concept seems stupid because people seed packs on big 0day trackers to get a bit of extra upload but using this tracker just makes the process so needlessly inconvenient, if I understand the tracker correctly. The design is pretty and some suckers fall for that aspect the most.

I don't know of any other 'new' trackers but I haven't been looking for any either.

Are the packs any good? Also are they rare or is it stuff that u can find anywhere else?

From what I've seen so far it's pretty much content you can find everywhere else. But the site is still new... So maybe in the future there will be some rarer packs.

If you want rare packs then I suggest BitMeTv. Packs will be seeded forever there because a minority of seedbox users get most of the upload from 0day torrents. I doubt a small community could sustain packs at a fast transfer rate indefinitely.

If you've ever been a member of any other community based tracker with a slick design and the intent on staying small, then you've seen all the packs that will be regurgitated at packme.in. Indeed, you'll see all the familiar faces or their doppelgangers commenting "Great Pack <3 :) OMGZ".
