First you have to determine where the heat is coming from- yeah, I know, everywhere, so it's time to prioritize- then determine just how hot things are and what you consider an acceptable limit.
The you can address each problem area in the best possible way.

So, Slick...how hot is your PC and what's causing it?

everything is overheating ,processor, mainly hd and memory see my rig runs 10 days and off 5 hrs and back to work , V9 Black Editionwould be a good choice to start and good heatsink for my PC seei'm looking to upgrade my 10k raptor to four 30 gig OCZ vertex SSD and with time i will replace my P5K Asus board ,DDR2 -800 corsair memory and my Q6600 byt for now a good case something better than V9 Black Edition and what would be a good heatsink for my processor

Sorry but here are my specs customPC Intel Q 6600,motherboard -Asus PK5 Deluxe memory-Corsair Dominator 4gig DDR2-800,Power supply ultra 750 watt, video card Geforce 260.,case midtower Ultra older 1 with 3 fans i thin 120mm or i might be wrong and 150 gig 10 k rpm Raptor that it so now i' strating to replacing or upgrading my RIG, first is the cooling and SSD 4 of themand that would be it,and next year motherboard memory and processor. My pc is on 99% of the time and it slows down a lot HD readin and wring compressind and decomp and really when i encode movies but after a 2 hr shut down runs like a champ and i think processor is ok but who knows, is there a tool where i can check my PC tmp, i hope little info helps , and going back to the temp you got me how to check that

I just looked at my tower there is only 3 fans on the back 120 mm and 1 front and the side 2 of them both 80m shit i thought i had 4 fans

ths sjames1982 but Antec is balckisted for me nothing but problems and tech support by far the worst one ever

Oh, I don't know...everything?

You're the one saying that everything is hot, the question then becomes...how hot?
How hot is too hot?

an avarage my cpu temp is 68 c so in this case i think i should get a good heatsink and for the future when i replace my Q6600 processor mine is stock and what kind of case coolmaster or thermal take i withnk that 1 is not bad for hte price http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133086 if you have something better in 250 $ let me know and what kind of heatsink for cpu and for hte heatsink that http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118019 or something better you know

what i reallyneed is a good mid tower case with quite and big fabs i'm thinking about cool master or thermaltake but wich 1 is the best 1 and price limit 250 $$

I must admit two things...first, my interest in PC parts has waned of late so I'm not up on the latest/greatest shit. Second, I usually hate Thermaltake stuff.
That said, the case you cite looks interesting. Just as a matter of principle, I would look into CoolerMaster or Silverstone before deciding thought.

What are you going to replace the Q6600 with?
A whole new platform?
In that case, wouldn't it make sense to wait on a heatsink till you find what processor it needs to fit?

I'm currently a big fan of Noctua's cpu coolers. Using a NH-U12P SE1366 for my i7 920, and it's pretty sweet. May be worth looking into, it's pretty quiet, while it cools pretty well. I'm fairly certain there's a nearly identical version, maybe the same one with a different fitting kit, for your socket.

As for the case, I don't really know. Best airflow I've seen in a case I built with was inside of a cm stacker. Those are frickin huge.

Using a ChiefTec Aegis (the old single door mesh version) for my current machine. But that's just cos I really like the look of it.

here is the case i really like what you guys think about that 1 http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/Product.aspx?C=1390&ID=1835 and here is the 1 that i would buy it but 700$$ no way jose too much http://www.frozencpu.com/products/8885/cst-900/Thermaltake_Xpressar_RCS100_Super_Tower_Case_w_Micro_Refrigeration_Cooling_System_Black_VG40031N2Z.html

here is more cases but wich 1 would be the best 1 for my future i 7 with 4 SSD RAID hd's and crossfire gforce 295 v cards

I had used the Enzotech Extreme X (http://www.xbitlabs.com/images/coolers/scythe-enzotech/18_u-x.jpg)for a long while when I was on air cooling. Worked well with my Q6600 ;)

Personally I'm not convinced that all you need is a CPU cooler. I think you should get a case first. Even if the CPU cooler helps it's nothing without good airflow inside. At very least get some better case fans and go up from there.
