I have the basic free account with Megaupload. I was wondering if there is any way I can keep tracks on how many downloads my files are getting?

doubt that, but why would you even want to see them if you got some free account?

All my files say "0" where you have indicated.

I know that there have been a few hundred downloads in total and the reward points say I have 305.

Wonder what I am doing wrong,
