If you don't know what it means they probably don't want you to. If you feel inclined toward collecting rare sites, go ahead, request an invite to a tracker you don't know anything about.

I am not a collector and dont do requests often @ all. I think twice since i have been here and both weren't filled. Why would i request something that has open signups?

I believe Frank was just curious about what the abbreviation referred to, just like when I started and had no idea what those site abbreviations meant!
