Metalcore is pretty sweet while pumping iron; As I Lay Dying, Converge, God Forbid.

Also Death Metal, something like Meshuggah, In Flames, Cynic, Athiest. Or if you want rock, Pearl Jam is pretty sweet.

I normally listen to 80's hardcore punk, post-hardcore, or one of the above types of bands.

.

One of my staple music sources for working out is Death Metal, keeps you focused and I like how every song on my playlist is 200+bpm, gets the heart going :01: lol

If you ever get a chance, listen to Entwined by Vengeance by Vital Remains while working out, fucking brutal (especially the sweep picking part before the interlude/solo). It's one of those songs/bands that you have to warm up to first, I know I fucking despised that band when I first heard it, but over time it became like sex jelly

If it is truly the obligation of each subsequent generation to shock the previous one then I need to tell you that I'm not shocked, merely annoyed.
Soon there is going to be so many sub-genre of music that each individual song will have it's own.
Seriously Chill out? Ethno Elctronica? Couldn't we streamline the business and refer to much of this micro-categorization as "I'm a pretentious wank "music?

NewAge

I've been trying to put together a new playlist so after much searching through various threads on other sites I came up with

Can't Be Touched (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GoCOg8ZzUfg)

Go Hard or Go Home (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Y-DjurrO08)

I Try So Hard (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24cZZB5r0AY)

The Fight Song (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9GFI6Rf-IkI)

'Til I Collapse (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3oBZ4_TNys)

Suffer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jkdtg7BYkY8&feature=youtube_gdata)

Cleaning carpets is a workout, and in a way, so is stretching, the latter to avoid stiffening up in the back.
Who says you have to go to a gym to workout?

Seriously I'm all for the rule forcing people to post x number of times to gain access to the trade section but couldn't the administration just create a " Here you go,spam the fuck out of this thread you useless, conniving cunts" thread to maintain the integrity of the rest of the board?

I always go for something with a really heavy beat when I'm at the gym. Combichrist makes it into that playlist pretty often, as well as Panzer AG, and Infected Mushroom.

Here's one of my favorites for that last half mile of the run.
