Many torrent staff have forsaken this site, for various reasons. Others are only here to give support to current members and keep an eye on traders, not to hand out invites. So to answer your question, whether he posts or not he won't be giving you invites, so good luck with that. I'm sure if you have a legitimate need to contact him you can find him in his site's IRC support channel. There's a stickied thread with those channels in this forum.

Hidden areas have nothing to do with being staff ,you have to be trustworthy or something. Being staff doesn't necessarily make you that.

Btw I really couldn't tell you why more bt staff aren't here .I think you'd have to ask them each individually to really know that.
