My skepticism was aroused right from the beginning where they timeline the backstory.
Surrogates are invented and within ten years everyone is using them and society has completely changed to accommodate the new tech?
The Supreme Court has already ruled on legal implications?
Not bloody likely.

That doesn't even address the question of why a badass like Willis would pick a surrogate that looks like a gay hairdresser.

I watched this film a while ago. It is definitely not a film I would recommend. The movie really didn't entertain me. I just couldn't get into it, they had a cool idea behind the whole movie but it could have been played out so much better then it was. I have to say that was a 4/10.

If you aren't scared of low budget sci-fi it can be a decent movie. In my opinion it is a bit better than I robot, because the effects didn't look as shiny and polished.
