That's what I thought when I first heard it, but then I watched what happened. That girl was lost on stage, MTV was switching cameras and playing sound bites in an obvious scramble to figure out what to do, Kayne was escorting from the building for that outburst and to ensure there would be no more disruptions, and he had the whole place boo-ing his name every time his name came up for an award.

I think he's just a jackass. The same jackass we're seen in real life before and the same jackass he's demonstrated he can be at previous award shows.

Anyone see him on the Red Carpet? He was chuggin a bottle of Hennesey:drunk:. Still is no excuse to act like a fool, kissing up to JayZ. Could have been a publicity stunt or blame it on the alcohol.
I did not think either videos should have won the award but that is me.

This all seemed kind of fixed to me. Like how days later Jay Z came out and really defended Kanye. There is no way the security at one of these things would let even Kanye just walk on stage and take a mic when he wants too.

I feel like if he's willing to give up some of his reputation to the public eye for some cash that MTV gives him for staging this event, he's even worse than just insulting Taylor Swift while drunk.

Kanye West is living off his mothers $? His mother is dead. He was the one who stepped up in his family and became a rapper, one of the most paid MC's in the industry. Whether he is "real" or not I bet he is living a lot more comfortable than most people!

I don't go around embarrassing teenagers [no mater if they are terrible singers or not]. I have my faith, my family, my health, and a job that keeps me living comfortable. So if being a jackass and a no talent alcoholic while living off of mommy and daddy money, then I don't want to be like him. I would rather have my life any day!

Firstly, I don't have his money, but I am comfortable. I am secure in the fact that I worked for everything I have. I am comfortable in the fact that I am not an alcoholic Idiot. I don't go around embarrassing teenagers [no mater if they are terrible singers or not]. I have my faith, my family, my health, and a job that keeps me living comfortable.
