I've got some problems with running uTorrent on Windows 7 x64 ,problems I didn't have with Windows XP or Vista.
After I start uTorrent, speeds will appear normal and my downloads will be at around 200 and up to 5MB/s .
After about 15 minutes or so the downloads in queue will slow to 10-50 KB/s until they all drop.
Sometimes I have to restart the internet connection and utorrent to get it working again, and
other times the Internet will just simply start working in bursts for a few minutes before it drops out again.

Another issue: If I try to stop utorrent it seems it doesn`t respond, and it doesnt shutdown either unless I use task manager
and force shutdown...

I really do suspect that there is a compatibilty issue or something over my understanding.

Do you have any ideea about wha should I doo to fix this?

I have no clue, but im just going to throw it out there, that utorrent runs on the same operating system over here. So no compatibility.

did you check your utorrent settings maybe its something wrong with the number of connections you have setup.

I also read before on the utorrent site that changing the value of the net.bind_ip under advanced to your internal ip address it helps the speed sometimes

Does Win7 limit half open connects or not ? Remember LvlLord's fix .
On his site he says no but ...

I found this site and it says it does ?

http://windows7news.com/2009/04/14/half-open-outbound-limit-fix-for-windows-7/

I ran it at says my build is not limited . 6.1.7600 well there goes that idea .

When I downloaded from Nordic torrent site via utorrent 1.6.1, when my computer suddenly shut down? what is the reason.
