AFAIK...only staff there can give invite to those who they trust...

As far as I know (from reading through their BBS (Using Google Translate, naturally :wacko:), any member of the community can invite external members.

lisabritpop is right.Only stuffs in HDC can give invites.
Oct,1 is the National day of China.Some sites may open sign-up for celebration during this period( days before Oct,1).You can also try other Chinese HD trackers such as HDStar, and CHDBits .

Thanks for the info Tufu, good tip regarding OCT 1st.
BTW, I already have accounts at HDStar, CHDBits and CCFBits (this one's the best for me).
