I would like to know if anyone knows a way to make some similar listing site???

Like those:

Basically a site that could have some listing of releases...
i have a bunch of people that are waiting on having a site
like this where they could post releases...

I've been searchin trough opensourcecms.com to find a good script to install, but i can't find a correct one
Im not a pro into php etc but i know how to do basic stuff...

Any help is appreciated.
