Sparvar - Amazing selection of both new and old, scene and non scene, and good amount of peers (heads up - mostly PAL)
TheDVDClub - Good selection, but poor speeds. (Mostly NTSC)
Cinematik - Insane selection with lots and lots of peers. Mostly old and rare films.
TTi, KG, Demonoid, Goem, SceneDVDR, DVDRSource, DVDSeed are good ones too.

AFAIK..there are a lot of TV-series in DVD-format in Sparvar
