Air Traffic Control Simulation

I'm looking for "Air Traffic Control Simulator" version 1.5 or higher. It has been discontinued on amazon.com, and i can't find it on kazaa. Does anybody know where I can download or buy a copy online? Please send a link (I'm not lazy, I really have searched)

I'm looking for a specific one from 1999 or 2000 (not sure). Its supposedly the most realistic. Amazon.com has it listed (as discontinued). Thanks tho.
