what is a good program that will clean my computer well, but not get rid of the important files and will not mess up my browsers? I know download.com has some but which are good? thanks

no it just doesn't clean it, it takes forever, I even left it on all night for 12 hours nothing moved. IS there one i can download?

Window Washer ,take a look on the verifieds ,you'll find a hash link to download the full version.
