Download the emulator you want, the files are usually compressed in zip file, with Winace or which ever program you choose open the .zip file, then extract the files to any directory you want, then download a rom for the emulator put it in the same directory (not needed to do so but better) then load the emulator and run the game, for SMS I suggest you get an emulator called Meka, and then go on Kazaa and search for a file called "135 Sega master system roms" or something to that effect

Winace has nothing to do with the program. It just compresses or decompresses files.

Look in your harddrive for a file called snes9x.exe. That's the one you gotta use to start your emulator.

ok i found out what it is. it is the emulator. for some reason it does not work on my computer, well it worked once. but any way when i downloaded a nother emulator called znes it worked. but i hate that emulator because it plays choppy. do you know of any emulator that works normal with out the choppyness (if that is even a word) but any way i have windows.

For classic Nintendo games, I recommend using RockNES. For Super Nintendo, SNES9x is best. After you install the emulator, search Kazaa for NES or SNES roms. Place them in a 'roms' subfolder, under the folder you installed to. Then start the program and select File - Open to play a game. And by the way, Gravis gamepads work great with both of these.

Some good working emulators are...

Gens - Mega Drive (Genesis), Mega CD & Sega 32X (You'll need BIOS files to run Mega CD & 32X games).

DGen - Master System.

SNES9x - SNES.

JNES - NES.

Visual Boy Advance - Game Boy & Game Boy Advance.

ePSXe - Playstation (You'll Need BIOS files to run Playstation games).

Project 64 - Nintendo 64.

MAME32 - Arcade.

Try The Emulator Zone (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/overview.html) to find most of the emulators you'll need. Some of the newer consoles such as Xbox, PS2, Game Cube & Dreamcast are emulated but they are only in very early stages! I wouldn't expect them to run any games properly yet.

Remember though that the newer the console, the higher the minimum PC requirements will be. The Playstation & N64 emulators will need a fairly powerful PC to run smoothly.

Hope this helps you out.
