i tried this with no luck keeps saying not connected to server

If anyone has instructions on how to enter i will be very greatful:)

Are you trying to msg nickserv or join channel without first joining the server? You need to type:

/server irc.forthewin.biz

first.

I'm not sure whether the PTNBotinvite part is simply registering your nick or just a way for admins on the support channel to know who you are. If its the former, keep same order, if its the latter, do it last.

And it should be the same for mirc and chatzilla I think.

I'm not in PTN but I tried the server and it didn't seem to connect for me. Probably down.

IRC was down for a couple of days, we can't physically walk over to the host and fix it Jimmy you nonce.

It's all working again. Funny how the news was plastered all over the site and you didn't notice though.
