Hello,

I`m new in this newsgroup thing..
I have a question.. Is it hard to get an invite for nezbin?

It's rather easy if you know where to look. Try google, I managed to find a site and get my invite in about 10 minutes.

However, the site itself isn't worth it. I came into the site sorely disappointed, I think the system of invites gives it massive hype. Other manually indexed sites are more organized, have better retention, and just seem more effective overall. Not to mention Newzbin has a monthly fee. Not worth it imo.

Agreed. If you're looking for in indexer, we have quite a selection.

If you are looking for longer retention than FST, try MerlinsPortal. MP has a huge retention, but they also miss a huge number of releases.

If you're looking for 0-day content, I'd say look no further than here (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/nzb-index/).

I use Newzbin and its only OK. Someone that has been using usenet for a long time, could you post a list of indexing sites in order of best to worst, regardless of cost. I would like to see what everyone else uses.

For forums, FST is great for 0day but lacks retention. Merlin's Portal is probably the best for anything older.

I prefer user indexing sites, sites like NZBs.org and NZBsrus are pretty good. If you're willing to shell out some cash NZBMatrix is very well organized and has good content, so you have to decide whether you think its worth it. Its a onetime fee though, not monthly like newzbin.
