What CD and Waffles, sometimes you find that one will have something the other doesn't so it's worth getting into both :)

If you're a stickler for 600dpi artwork, along with impeccable quality (and people who actually know how to rip Vinyl) Pedro's and E are the best.

If you're simply looking for variety, What.CD is the best private site (85K 100% FLACs with Log/Cue last time I checked).

If you don't mind sifting through some transcodes and logless torrents, Demonoid has plenty of FLAC too.

torrents.ru has more FLAC torrents than Demonoid though.

And I would use them over What or Waffles for flac any day.

Maybe it's just me but I could have sworn that the question has been asked and answered before. Multiple times.

The only difference is that now we also have CE, allthough it doesn't really have lots of FLAC, but those that are there are good imo and it's ratio free.

You don't need a flac tracker if jazz and classical aint your thing.

Personally I don't believe that questions like these have true meaning. Most important is what genres of music somebody listens to. According to his preferences he can find a tracker to suite his taste. Of course trackers dedicated to flac have higher quality standards than the others but this doesn't mean that someone can find in them the albums he's searching for.

True story. There is some rock too, but barely any hiphop/rap to speak of.
