Port 1214

Hello I have a question about port 1214. What is it used for mostly that it has a option that you can disable it. Currently right now I am recieving a song from someone and they are sending it from port 1214. ??? Could someone tell me the fact about this certain port?

1214 is the standard port kazaa uses it has the option to disable it because of some Isp's and network administrators who block/shape this port due to the traffic that kazaa can use but it's matters not anymore because kazaa can use any port now.
