What is it?

It's part of a program called Crackbar 2003 that searches the net for cracks. I removed the Gendel32.exe from my system and the program still works so it's probably spyware.

Notice the difference in spelling between the topic title and his post.

GooglePro caught that right away.
GoogleCorporate is even better cause you never have to register it.
