Yup. PaintShop Pro 8 is also very good.

If you only want to resize, i would say:

Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/)

or

A Smaller Image (http://www.trivista.com/products/asmallerimage/)

Jeez, using Photoshop to resize pictures. :rolleyes: Other things work just as well.

in the file menu, choose &#39;save for web&#39; - thats the easiest way, mess around with the quality settings, for .gif&#39;s - amount of colours etc

and for .gif&#39;s ulead gif animator is pretty good
