Can't Right Click On Any Webpages

for some reason I can't seem to right click on ANY webpages. Now I know that some people put right click, but I can't even do it on my own. Does anyone know how to fix this?

i'm sure sombody will come up with a better answer but when i cant right-click on a website i just use that key next to the windows key,(not sure what its called)
