I have a Mac 10.5.6 in dual boot with Windows.
Currently I have 86Gig of free space on my Mac partition.
I want to install some audio software/loops that will be *very* large.
Can I make a new partition of one of my other disks into hfs+ and choose to install everything to that partition (or as mac sees it, a seperate drive)
Simply put, does mac care which mac formatted disk you install applications to?
