Does anyone know how I can see my serial number ? I have Half Life / Counter Strike 1.5 and the update installed with a working legal serial that allows it to be played on the net. But I have lost the serial, but I do have it installed on this very computer so how can I see the serial? Is their a program or way to look through the registry?

yes in fact there is

use the keyworld "cs keychanger" in kazaa, you'll find it

I actually have that program it shows me my serial but without the hypens :( thats those little - characters between the numbers. And if they ain't in the right place the serial isn't right :angry: .

i dont know what you are comlplaining about.

you get the see the serial, isn't that what you wanted?

dont care about the hypens, just enter the numbers in the program it will work

ur a moron u don't need to put in the hyphns when installing i've done it heaps of times

Search in the registry keys

Click Start then RUN.... type "regedit"

go to local machine>software>Valve or sierra ( i dont remember) and then Half life or CS (dont remember wither)

it should be in there :D

yea, it should be displayed in the registry. that's ur last source, unless u can't handle the stress of messing with ta registry. lol
