DOCSBITS it's a new docs torrent tracker , based on the standard source TBDEV (rev. 06) . After the "fall" of docs.torrents.ro , in Romania an "e-books/docs" specialised tracker was needed. We hope to offer you anything that you want from this domain . You are all welcomed .

Good luck and thanks for the info. Docs.ro going down was tough on me as alot of my personal viewing is documentaries, and that place was awesome for such things. I hope you guys manage to be as good or better ;)

To connect you need a client:

* mIRC, most used client that can be downloaded from here (http://www.mirc.com/get.php).
* Directly from the browser, from here (irc://irc.p2pirc.net/docsbits).

After you made your personal settings write in Status window:

/s irc.p2p-network.net
/nick your-nick
/msg Nickserv register PASSWORD EMAIL
/join #docsbits

After you register, you must identify yourself whenever you access *irc , typing /msg Nickserv identify PASSWORD.

Feel free to join *irc for different informations regarding DOCSBITS , even you're not registered on the tracker.

As you can see , above the statusbar , a random quote appears every time you refresh the page(s). If you have quotes that you love and you find them interesting , post them in the proper place .

Even this is a bug-fix , we want to announce it here too , we really need to keep you updated , mostly in this case.

Seedbox seeding and leeching issues ! [solved]

Dear members ,
We know that some users around use seedboxes and they gain a great advantage because of the speed / other reasons. Because the staff team wants everybody happy , we announce a "little" bug-fix :

A couple of time ago , we noticed that the users which have a seedbox without desktop remote access can't seed and leech torrents . This was a major problem , so we introduced the passkey system . Even the system works since late november, if you have any dead/error torrent in your .torrent client , please update your passkey.
