no ratio meaning you only have to seed 36 hours every torrent you download to keep good ratio which leads to zero percent to lose your account due to bad ratio.

Don't argue with me , because When I upload in trackers from my country (like arenabg or zamunda.net) I can upload 300-400 GB a day with my home connection. If you have a seedbox or you are romanian you can get czone invite for less than a week.
TT is much rarer than the other lvl 7 trackers , so I think it should go up.

Fsce is a Tracker which is like a Revolt. Forum is active but torrents not. Fsce is different tracker in many ways, nobody know what does their name stands for another different thing is that there's only own releases are allowed to upload. And i really mean own releases (like own made homevideos, own made applications, own music like DJs). Only uploaders are allowed to upload.

Only place in this tracker which is useful, is Forums which aren't so good neither. Users just spam and spam, which is really stupid. There isn't anything smart to read. Of course there's few useful guides and own section for seedboxes but mostly whole forums are just spamming. The good side in fsce is the staff. They're really helpful and friendly users

I'm thinking that there is a need to change SCC description.
Its invite only now,and it really is strong about invites,a lot of users have them,but invite trading and also giveaway is forbidden.
Also I think that PRE times there are worth 5/5 rating.

Actually i think that NB is more like lv.6 atm. Even now when users request it They wont get it, because users think that they could keep their invites. Staff will propably remove them after this party

I definately agree with Saroman , cuz DT is a top site for Desi Stuff which cannot be found anywhere else, and i am sad becuz the site has banned invites as they found some of their invites being sold online, so i think they will never enable invites again, so it is not possible anymore for anyone to join the wonerful community, so i think DT must be raised to level 6

You be suprised what some people will offer. i got my sct by giving a bwt invite in return. Sure it was when sct wasnt as rare but still somone was prepared to give a qualty tracker invite like sct. If bwt closes invites too i can easily see some people giving good quality trackers for either.

This tracker has only 2 weeks old, but is now the best portuguese tracker, the site has dedicated team, and each team upload diferent contents.
The tracker as also a suport forum, but the forum is not only for tracker suport, the forum as many categories, and you can talk about everything there, since soccer, news os the day, hardware, etc....

The tracker also only allow 1 client called btuga revolution 2.3.4, you can not use utorrent, azureus or other, you only can use revolution 2.3.4, to prevent from cheaters. this site script is better than the oink script, and you have to login on the program to can download/upload on the tracker

Of course that's a great mistake added to the many already mistakes in this thread'ratings. Such abrupt decisions will evidently collapse the rating'idea.
The members of NB are 12000 before and after invites, then rarity is the same.
For example I've NB , but I'll never ever trade invite for Bitmetv or CZone, even if the site take it back will be better for me.
How tp put a tracker has given an invite / year with a tracker gives up to 15 invites to PU ( Bitmetv) at the same level ?

it doesn't matter what rating trackers have in thist list. If i decide to trade my invite , i will ask for TT and i'm 97% sure i'll get it, so the list doesn't mean nothing

The invite max is now set to 3. All power users and vips have had their invites removed and Elites have been allowed to keep 3.

Invites are automatically handed out in 30 day increments depending on the ratio of the user. (This will be clarified later).

The minimum class to receive invites is still power user.

Invites are a precious commodity and due to abuse we have taken these drastic measures.

The amount of invites a person gets depends on their ratio but will never exceed the total alloted.

ratio is .90 - .999 = 1 invite
ratio is 1.0 - 1.049 = 2 invites
ratio is 1.05 and up = 3 invites

If a member with a ratio of 1.05 or higher has 3 invites already when the next 30 day rolling period comes around they would get 0 invites added even though they qualified for 3 more.

If they had used 1 then the system would grant them 1 more invite instead of 3 and so on.

A member also has to have downloaded a certain amount to obtain each level.

1-7GB for 1 invite
7-10GB for 2 invites
10GB+ for 3 invites

hm but the req is still to be PU whitch means you must upload 65GB and now they removed all invitations from PU and ViP`s

But you still have a to be a PU to get the the invites. You just can't have 0 DLed and all Upload credit.

So basically to get 3 invites a month you need to have 10GB downloaded, be a PU, and have a ratio over 1.05?

I don't think that = level 4.
