What Trackers are Worth

Attention please

THIS LIST SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LITERALLY.
It's just to figure where each site stands RARITY-WISE.
Use Rankings Between Brackets For [Content,Speed,Pre-Times]
Trading isn't the only way to become a member on harder to get sites (from level 3 to 10).
In fact, some trackers are nearly impossible to get by trading and if you do it might be disabled anyway.
Being an active member on this forum and going by site rules can be more gratifying, just keep that in mind.
If you decide to trade. Be sure the other trader is trusted on FST or use the middleman function (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/f-middleman-request-138/) to minimize risk of being scammed.

This topic is rating sites from level 1 to 10 based on rarity

1 being the easiest to get into a site and 10 the hardest.
This has nothing to do with contents of the trackers.

Dark Red [] 0-day trackers with rare files and packs.
Green [] 0-day trackers.
Blue [] dedicated tracker.

What should a good tracker review contain?

A new review would replace an outdated or half-assed one. Many of the reviews are way outdated and a year old, so the information is useless.

Hmm, I think that would be complicated. It probably involves changing the scaling system from 1-5 to 1-10 maybe. It might happen in the future, but currently, I'm sticking with the old system :)

no one gives swedvdr invites for free nowadays because not only do you need 250GB up, you have to buy one with 40 bonus points, which aren't easy to earn and could be spent on other things much more worthwhile.

Swedvdr shud be 4 or 4.5 :shifty:

I think the current rating (3.5) is fine. Sure, invites are hard to get now, but a lot of people have accounts there.

fine, but swedvdr and norbits have almost the same amount of members (2k difference) and are definitely not on the same level...

norbits: to get invites you need to be a member for 4 weeks, have 30GB downloaded, and have a ratio over 1. once you qualify, you get 1 invite every week.

swedvdr: invites are not given out automatically here. exalted users (member for 15 weeks w/ 250GB up) get 1 invite in exchange for 40 bonus points, which are earned by 40GB of seeding. now, i for one am not going to trade in all those hard earned points for an invite just to trade it for something easier to get like NB when instead they can be used for much needed GB credits or even saved for a 24 hour free leech.

also, i see a similar problem with #it and tt. they're hardly comparable, imo. maybe knock norbits & #it down to a 3 if you're not going to bump swedvdr & tt up one?

Great work Patriot and Buggyme on this much needed and well-executed post. Please do continue the series on Tracker Details. It makes for great info. Now I know I'd give anything for ScT and virtually nothing for U*-*.

Btw is Xboxsky really up there with KG etc. I have an account and always assumed it wasn't worth much. Kinda surprised to see it up there with KG etc and above bitmetv, oink etc. Guess I could use it for a nice trade. :)

btw after reading the info on u*-* I couldnt help but wonder why is it so in demand. Accounts/invites might be rare but the tracker has just 1700 torrents with average seeds/pretimes. So apart from its rarity whats so good abt this tracker that makes it so in demand??

Hey Buggyme, since there weren't stats available for FB, you could simply just add the number of active torrents on the browse page.. Although it's clear that they won't have many from what I've already guessed .. Another high rarity but not so good site.. thanx for updating the thread!!

Ok, I will ask a n00b question for once... what's rsr, RP and CO ? I mean url(unless it's very private), from which country its from, what's the content, userbase etc.. Because I didnt heated too many about those sites and I very surprised to see them levaled so high and I dont know if it's worth to look for them, I dont need a nother garbage tracker...

btw: heaventracker now shouldn't be so high because they are opening sign ups. Im also little bit shocked that iplay is so higly rated though some time ago they had open sign ups quite often and lot of ppl registered few accounts so at least for me it isnt too hard to get a account there. Also swedvdr is overated.

FSC should be at the level 4 - they have small userbase and those who have invites know that they are too preciuos to trade them just for any shit. Bitmetv and oink should go up because they are taking away invites for inviting a cheater so many ppl are afriad and risk giving invite to someone they dont know.

i think we are trying to reveal the secrets by making reviews to all trackers in the list including all the desired informations about the tracker which will make it easy for everyone to know what he is searching for

I totally agree with this. Probably one reason why a lot of people want it is because of all the hype and they do not really know its quality. While buggyme/patriot have revealed the quality by postin its details, it'll still remain quite sought after because a lot of people might not notice the post abt its details and just go by the 5 rating and trade away all their valuable accounts for this disappointing tracker. Perhaps removin it all together is not a solution, but I'd suggest droppin it down a couple of notches to abt 4. While rarity is obviously the most important factor in trading, I think this post shud also have a social responsibility towards cutting down on all the hype of low quality trackers.

Rankings are Based on Overall Rankings Not just rarity

UK-T is rare but its content sucks,if u compare it to TL u would find that TL is away better Tracker so i think UK-T should stay at 5

It's main URL has the same mystery as some trackers like U*** but not that easy as u have to click on a certain spot to get into the login page.

The Tracker has a great content including a lot of exclusive contents that's not available in any other tracker even those at the top.

It offers also most of the same 0-day stuff.

The staff and the users there are nice and they will help you with what you want.

There is a section in the forum there for offers and it's really good because a lot of uploaders in this section has massive lists of movies and TV and they will upload or reseed any of what you request.

The speeds and pretimes there are not the best but still good and you can ignore that if you want to enjoy a lot of exclusive content and also u can upload anything you have and that will help u maintain a good ratio.

I really like that tracker because of its exclusive content and the friendly people there.

well,TL is very easy to get and it's offerd for free so its rank is good

UK-T is on the Top with SCT and this is the highest rank available so it can't go higher

Lol ... that post shud be entitled what the thread "What Invites Are Worth" is worth. And yeah I totally agree that ppl shudnt take this too literally. For one this isnt like stamps or coins where all the accounts and invites are valuable. At the end of the day, there are only so many accounts one can use, and it is fairly impossible and incredible waste of time to juggle too many accounts. Also, takin every point too literally puts incredible pressure on buggyme and patriot to make sure, they have figured out things exactly, a task which is in itself impossible.

My 3 cents about ranks:

ThePlace has disabled invites, so none are available. That should make it more rare, it has rare/obscure content and decent speeds. Why is it only 2.5?

BitMeTV requires 65GB upload to make PU, while BitMe requires 25GB and OiNK requires only 10GB. Also BitMETV seems more valuable when trading, why not make it 3.5?

It's a loosless music tracker similar to Pedro's BTMusic. They differ in that on "e" there's many free leech torrents where download is not counted. Also "e" is much smaller than btmusic but if you really interested in that kind of music then this tracker will be very valuable for you.

Currently to get invites there you have to be a power user - 25 gb upload + ratio above 1.0, and then you must fill a request to get one.

Its not good, +45 torrents, should be rated 1 as it has open sign-ups now
and unless you are swedish you may have problems translating.

You can't trade them. They monitor FST, and you have to request them. u*** has 5,423 members, if anything, F*C should go up.

need 50 gb + upload to get invites, and even then its almost impossible to get registered because of the reached userlimit which is only 5000
most people probably don't even know the url

- Moved SweDVDR down to 4 - because lots of people seem to have accounts they wanna trade.
- iPLAY is up to 4, due to many members who's posted here and pECI for pointing out some stuff ;)
