I have notice some popular songs have there description tag start with “, AG # “ then with a bunch of numbers and letters after it. Is this some way of the RIAA tracking mp3 or is it made with some mp3 file organizer/ encoder.

No, that has nothing to do with the RiAA if u are always getting the screech just go here and read

I have seen that way before the RIAA were flooding kazaa and nothing is wrong with the song (the one I got I don't know about that song)

lol I think everyone knew who they were.. I like that song also by the way :D
